We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager for Life Sciences to join our dynamic marketing team in Lisbon.

The role will closely collaborate with the SVP of Global Revenue and EVP of Life Sciences Professional Services, sales leaders and respective sellers, and Marketing to understand specific needs in various sales territories and to plan appropriate campaigns to engage and drive leads for sales follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing solution awareness and increasing sales leads
  • Develop annual Marketing plan for LS PS in collaboration with EVP LS PS; revise plan throughout year
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create programs
  • Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve content marketing, direct mail, and other appropriate channels
  • Generate high-quality leads that drive sales
  • Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams
  • Manage vendor contracts
  • Act as the “Power User” for content marketing and eCRM technology platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Sugar, DiscoverOrg)
  • Measure, collect, and share results with key stakeholders
  • Support company corporate marketing initiatives, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for Amplexor
  • Manage budget
  • Develop account conversion strategies to accelerate adoption (close rates)
  • Identify the internal customer's requirements and expectations for each event
Requirements:

  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output
  • Ability to effectively solve problems, think creatively, and take action, exercising independent judgment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude and work independently with little guidance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and previous experience with marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Sugar, Discover.org)

Basic Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
  • 3+ years of related marketing experience
  • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Priority will be given to candidates based in the Lisbon, Portugal area
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Excellent level of English (mandatory)
