We are currently looking for a Finance Officer who is familiar with the ins and outs of SAP to keep everything running smoothly and to generate clear reports. This is a permanent position with the possibility to choose our office in Amstelveen [NL] or Brussels [BE] as a location.

In this role you are responsible for all activities in support of the Finance Manager and you guarantee the financial security of our Dutch and Belgian entity. You ensure fiscal compliance with local regulations and know how this fits within the group's policy. To this end, you work on multidisciplinary projects to map processes and realize standardization.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control of the financial data in SAP.
• Support for financial and tax reporting of the entities [NL and BE].
• Supporting the production and sales teams in the area of ​​business continuity.
• Tax compliance with local regulations in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Support in implementation of systems and legal tax requirements.
• Support for audits at group level and local statutory level.
• Follow-up of payment reminders and monitoring of KPIs.
• Follow up on invoicing and liaise with production teams to gather customer feedback on our service level.
  

Krav:

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level, with a completed education in Business, Economics, Accountancy or a similar field
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in similar responsibilities
• Fluent in Dutch and English - proficient level (French is a plus)
• Fast learning
• Self-driven
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

A plus (not mandatory):

• Knowledge of tax regulations in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Experience with SAP
