Job Description

Our global Acolad Live platform, allows customers to connect with a global vendor pool at any time and place with ease, and with high confidence in service's prompt availability with a large extent of human and machine interpretation solutions. 

The Acolad Live team plays a vital role in critical services in the public sector in various user cases and in the B2B industries. The platform consists of web apps and mobile apps, for the client and the interpreter, offering a omni-channel user experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team in creative thinking around major frameworks, and design systems
• Responsible for redesigning the entire platform user experience, optimizing product interactions and redesigning the user interfaces based on user behaviors and user jobs-to-be-done approach
• Define product design strategy, vision, and guiding principles
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with senior product owner and engineers
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness and adhere to the W3C, WCAG 2.2, WCAG 2 accessibility guidelines)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user scenarios and feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Build interaction user flows, high-fidelity mocks, and device-specific prototypes using a variety of design solutions and tools
• Build trust with the team to effectively implement an informed, integrated and comprehensive user experience
• You will create both functional and global commercially viable design level features that address our customers' needs and functionally match all the different the user flows
• You know how to distil complex user requirements into UI with high usability factor.

Requisiti:

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UXUI design
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Good K]knowledge of front-end development technologies especially CSS, and JavaScript
• Up-to-date with design trends and tools
• Experience in strategy formulation, pursuit of product quality, and design innovation
• Proven track record of designing and delivering quality user experiences with good software design across multiple device types and device contexts
• Experience in applying system thinking to design in business
• Ability to articulate one's position and communicate one's design
• Excellent design leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design (mobile and web)
• Lead the UI UX design process from concept to final implementation-ready product
• Ensure design consistency and usability across all platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Portfolio of design projects with mobile-first approach
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Good time-management skills
• Experience working with teams of engineers, and product owner, and stakeholders, throughout the design process, including creating user flows and wireframes and building user interface mock-ups and prototypes.
• You know how to use the tools of the trade like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Marvel and Overflow.
