To support our ambitious roadmap, we are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to shape and enhance our SaaS product user experiences.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences for our SaaS products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create designs that enhance usability and drive customer satisfaction. This position offers rapid growth potential and could evolve relatively quickly into a lead role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from research to implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to align business goals with user needs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
  

Requisitos:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills, user research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of UX best practices, usability heuristics, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
