As Head of Sales Operations for the Group, you will drive a team of sales operations experts, covering key central functions such as sales tools programs, compensation models and calculations, sales processes, sales analytics, budget planning, forecasting and revenue insights. As part of the CRO organization, you will report to the Head of Sales Enablement and position as a key strategic role in contact with local leaders and Exec members for any topic related to our Sales Stack and sales processes. You will be instrumental in designing and animating sales programs.
Missions:
- Leadership/Supervisory Role: Leading the sales operations department, monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes mentoring sales operations members and driving sales programs and processes amongst our local scopes
- Budget and Forecasting: drive the yearly budget exercise along with Finance and local scopes, including quarterly reviews/reforecasting, and implement an automatic forecasting process to secure fields forecasting accuracy.
- Strategy: Assisting the sales teams in driving sales growth strategies and ensuring these strategies are adopted at all levels. Developing improvement plans based on sales performance reports, and implementing customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning initiatives.
- Revenue Analytics: Responsible for sales analytics, sales tracking, sales effectiveness, and reporting of sales performance including leads, marketing initiatives (in SF we manage all campaigns), revenue (from booked to invoiced), growth/outbound lead gen. Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growing the business’s sales and communicating key messages. Identify opportunities to improve the operational efficiency of the current lead-to-order process and implement accordingly in the sales tech stack.
- Sales tools management: Drive sales tools program and project management. Stay up to date with the new sales features, technologies and products, ready to implement new solutions that could be potentially impactful. Drive sales tools (Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lemlist etc.) adoption within local sales teams. Support management (with Jira tickets). Data and entity/accounts migration.
- Compensation: strategy definition, yearly adjustment, quarterly bonus calculations, approval process with sales leaders
Requisitos:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of sales or revenue operations, an existing experience of team management is a plus.
- Strong expertise in sales tech stack, including Salesforce and Sales Navigator
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as the clarity of communications will be a great determinate of the effectiveness of the sales performance in an international environment
- Strong adaptability to various audiences including general managers, heads of sales and Exco members.

- Details and process oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced business environment
- Perfect English, French is a plus
