Are you ready to start your career? Acolad Portugal is seeking a talented and ambitious Legal Trainee to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. 

Responsibilities 

 

• Draft and review legal agreements such as framework contracts and NDAs in English.  

• Supporting the Legal Team in managing the corporate life of Acolad’s affiliates. 

• Draft corporate meeting minutes for different affiliates. 

• Support and learn about other legal reporting functions assigned by the Legal Director. 

Vaatimukset:

• University degree in Law (Master´s degree in law is a plus) 

• Fluent in English (French is a plus) 

• Excellent interpersonal skills: relationship building skills  

• Comfortably operating in an international and multi-cultural environment 

• Flexibility and adaptability on approaching different tasks 

• Excellent attention to detail 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
