HR Operations & Recruitment (3-Month Internship)

Responsibilities
Support HR Analytics & Performance Management in:
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, input, and maintain HR data related to employee performance, attendance, productivity, and engagement from various systems (HRIS, performance tools, etc.).
- Data Analysis: Clean and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights for improving employee performance and retention.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards, monthly/quarterly reports, and ad-hoc analyses for HR leadership.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure data handling complies with HR policies and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain documentation of analytics methodologies.
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work cross-functionally with departments such as finance, IT, and operations to align performance initiatives with business objectives.
Support Recruitment & Talent Acquisition in:
- Operational Recruitment Support: Manage approved recruitment requests and ensure smooth execution of the hiring process.
- Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Define job ads, publish vacancies, source candidates, conduct pre-screenings, and coordinate interviews and testing.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through cost-effective sourcing strategies and appropriate recruitment channels.
- Employer Branding & Outreach: Support employer branding initiatives by engaging with students, developing partnerships with schools, and participating in job fairs.
Vaatimukset:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or similar field;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and is able to prioritize tasks and workload;
- Ability to work under pressure and with close deadlines;
- Have good time management skills.
