As announced in September, Amplexor is now officially part of the Acolad Group. The merger will reinforce the group’s worldwide presence and its technological and commercial excellence for the future, strengthening their worldwide position as a leading Content and Language Service Provider.

As a group, Acolad and Amplexor pass the symbolic threshold of 2,000 employees and have a combined turnover of more than 270 million euros for the 2020 year.
With this merger milestone, decades of expertise in delivering professional language and content services for a range of highly specified industries are joining forces. Acolad’s broad presence and cross-selling capabilities are being completed with Amplexor’s comprehensive portfolio of content management and digital experience solutions and its leading position in the US, Eastern European and DACH markets.

Both parties are currently concentrating their efforts on achieving a successful integration. This will be key to pursue their common ambition: becoming one of the top 3 LSP worldwide leaders. Meanwhile, global operations remain unchanged to ensure 100% continuity for all customers. New governance stands for continuity and innovation
The Acolad Group board of directors now includes Olivier Marcheteau as CEO of the combined Group and Benjamin du Fraysseix, Guillaume Patry and Mark Evenepoel as Board Members and advisors.
